Goob's the Flamer, Not Me... Not Me...
As you can see, I gave this site a new look too. I don't like it as much as the colour (been reading too many books written by British authors) scheme from the Drunken Monkees page. This one is okay though, but tell me what you think. I was just messing around in the HTML-shit and there is about a thousand different numbers and letters in the certain codes for verying shades of colors. Plus playing with the font is nifty too. You can go into the template and write in any font type (that is reconizable by Blogger) and have your way with it.

I made a good deal of money this weekend, but I am really starting to not like this job. It is time to graduate from college and find real work. I am tired of these remedial bullshit occupations, where the more tedious, inefficient, stressfull the job, the lower the wage. Isn't supposed to be the opposite (excluding the inefficiency part)? I like the people, for the most part, but the hours are shitty. The money I make at the end of the night just doesn't seem worth the tremendous effort it takes for me to not reach out and strangle everyone there.
On a lighter note though, Karen, Goob's estranged on and off again wife (inside joke), our manager, asked us (Chris and I) if a certain ambiguous rumor was true or not. We were puzzled and responded with the "Huh? What rumor?" Well, it seems, that since Chris wears Queers shirts and has a Queers sticker on the back of his car, and because we are really good friends, they thought we might be gay. Chris and I just looked at each other and laughed our asses off. Chris told Karen that I was really the flamer, and that he was just along for the ride and again we laughed. Then, Adam Dunn popped out of nowhere and tea-bagged Goob. *cough*
Okay so maybe I made that part up...
Well, that is about all I am willing to share today, 'nough said.
peace out peoples

1 Feedback:
Hey man, thanks for the comment on my blog. I will comment on your blog in return.
1. The new colors are nice. very striking, but appropriate.
2. Who is Goob?
3. The more I think about I Heart Huckabees, the more I like it... there were some parts I found quite good... the running Shania Twain gag made me smile because I can't stand her... don't know why. And the part where they played back Jude Law telling the same mayo story over and over again was good too. However, I think I missed the fact that the movie was supposed to be FUNNY. Everyone I've talked to since I saw it has said that it was supposed to make FUN of philosophy and not so much claim to know everything about it. I got the wrong vibe from it I guess. I think now I'd be willing to give it a second chance.
4. What is it with you boys and tea bagging?
Peace out,
Claire :)
