This is the Buckner outcrop... this pic is showing the Bardstown mbr (bottom) which is mostly shale, and the Saluda Dolomite mbr (top) which is you guessed it... made of dolomite... Dolomite is our enemy friends... it was limestone until it was eroded underground, losing all the neat things it encompassed...
