So here we are up top the tallest mountain in the park... Yes we are atop Clingmans Dome, which is something like 6650 ft above sea level or something... (I know, I know-not that tall compared to the Rockies or elsewhere around the wide globe-but it is still relatively high) Yes, yes, Goob and I picked the tallest mountain in the park to descend and climb back up over a mere five days. All in all, we covered twenty miles on our trip down and then up the precipitous mountain slope... There are more pics to come, but these are the ones I took on my camera, the others Chris and I took on his will appear probably tomorrow... Enjoy people...
