Which is it?

Am I a dyslexic pet owner or does Loki , who lives in my house, tend to bite strangers?

Wasn't Loci either Matt Damon or Ben Afleck in Dogma?

Indeed, the character played by Matt Damon, [MATT DAMON! (if you've seen Team America, you'd get it) MATT DAMON!] was named Loki. But as far as I can recall from my research in demon and angel names, there is no such creature by that name. The closest thing would be these, "Lobquin (angel of the fifth heaven), Locater, loccosi, Loch, or Lochos," but there is no Loki. There is also something by which the character from the movie originated, which is a thing called, "loci." These can be either evil or good guardian spirits, which the Romans believed in (and later early Christians who incorporated part of the Roman mythology and local beliefs into Christianity when Christ *cough* I mean the church moved to Rome.
Yet, that is not the Loki I meant at all. I was talking of the Norse god. He was a malcontent, perverse trickster. Think of Jokey Smurf on two drugs, crack and steroids... Loki was the god of mischief, and later became the designated enemy of all the gods and all of the nine worlds (plus two) in Norse mythology. It kinda puts my caption and sign into perspective a bit better. Plus on one of the camping trips Goob and I went on, that particular god decided to show up in one of our tarps... it's an inside joke. I guess more or less that is why I chose Loki instead of some other more obvious deity like Vishnu... Hey, Vishnu can be a really cranky god when it comes to strangers...
right... Though I wouldn't ever want a pet Vishnu, I hear he stinks like the houses of all those people I used to deliver vegi pizzas to...
